I haven't raced before so not sure on 1/4 mile track. I built a 383 for the car so..... I know alot of guys have bigger motors than that.

It's all good. I Wasn't bashing anyone. After all, you guys are the ones getting to race there. It is just a bummer the stocks don't get to run. I myself am not a fan of watching the trucks or the compacts. I think it is a great way for people to hit the track. It just isn't for me. If you can drive one handed then it isn't fast enough. Oh well though, no reason to go back and forth and be petty. Witness and I are bummed the stocks aren't running, but it is what it is. Hope the track runs well and maybe the stocks will be back down the road.

Nothing is wrong with them per say. They just don't have the entertainment value that the other classes have. I have seen several guys drive one handed. I really don't have anything against the trucks or compacts as I mentioned in my first post. I think it is a great way to race fairly cheap. There is no such thing as cheap racing. I just don't think there should be two separate classes. They should run them all together and then the stocks could run. To have to sit through both classes won't go over good. Just my thought...... Atleast they are getting to race, I have to find somehere else now!
