Probably because it was by no means a "punt" or rough driving. Just a little racing incident where they got locked together. So insignificant that, if I recall correctly, neither was charged with the caution.I'm surprised no one has mentioned Jonathan Davenport punting Alex Ferree in their heat race last night. Obviously there is no penalty for rough driving at the Firecracker.
