what improvements did they make to the facilities that caused them to cancel last week?

why did the flag man give the 2 laps to go flag then 3 laps later the checkered flag for the super late race? he didnt even give the white flag. and why do they need 2 flag men in the stand? most of the nite they stood there and talked instead of flagging the race. and as far as the time limit for the limited lates you can blame the flagman for that also. he stood there under caution watching the cars circle the track for sometimes 7 laps in formation without a green flag. 

I am assuming the pill draw in the stands was for another class.

the pill draw in the stands was announced for the late models. Shawns wife actually pulled the pill

they had a ''pill draw'' in the stands at intermission and the number 2 was drawn. then anouncer explained that 2 rows would be inverted. then feature comes out and Blair is on pole. Just didnt understand how that works

that has to have been the worst ulms race i have ever attended. only 12 latemodels to start the feature for $3000 to win. and can someone please explain the pill draw to me
