I will be staying at the track and have yet to get tickets. I will probably get reserved tickets... I like to sit by the flag stand. 

Jo73.. that reminds me of the Firecracker camping a few years ago. The races got rained out and a woman decided to strip down and let many men have a taste of her bits.. it was a sight. Then, at night time, there was a trailer set up for a wet t-shirt contest that got out of hand and ended when the cops showed. The final act of the night was a guy taking the keys out of the cop car's ignition and throwing them into the darkness! Good times..

Unfortunatley the Firecracker has lost its flare and the field of cars has become increasingly weaker each year. It now seems like more of a regional event than a national event. It's not Lernerville's fault; it's just that the Outlaws have lost a lot of quality cars to the Lucas series and other top drivers have decided not to attend the Firecracker the past few years (Mars, Owens, O'Neal, Landers, Bobby Pearce, Brandon Shepherd, etc).
