you put stuff like this Hoedown Showdown event on your schedule,
the teams prepare for it with tires, fuel, running back and forth to get cars ready,etc..then it all comes down to some BS Facebook crap to determine whether or not we are worthy of still being paid the advertised purse?
the rainout is unfortunate but you have to realize what some of these guys have gone thru this week..its not their fault that you are afraid to run Sunday or their fault you can't buy enough gravel to make the pits/roads driveable after a wet week.
and then you guys sit back and wonder why your once glorious racetrack gets little to no support.

I think the track should dump the Sportsman anyways. What, 8 on a typical night? Would much rather see the e-mods come back.

We were under the understanding that the weekly increased pit admission was to make budgeting for teams predictable.
We now see it was a back door(gate) increase in revenue.
Me thinks this group needs some help in the PR and planning department, RIGHT QUICK!
I find this method totally disrespectful, but what we have come to expect from this clown.
So if we dont like the post pits are $30 next week
if we like the post pits are $35 next week
seems fair to me by not liking it.

have no problem with the street stock special being moved to next week as long as pit admission isn't raised for everyone. kind of seems ridiculous to raise admission for the divisions that aren't racing for anything more than a regular purse.
So your saying when late models have a special race it should still be 30 to get in

no. what i'm saying is why should someone elses pit admission go up to pay for another division? it would make more sense to me if you charged the street stocks a fee to enter their car in the race ONLY IF you can't pay for the race by charging everyone regular pit admission. i remember going to dog hollow a few years ago for a fastrack touring race. pit admission was not increased, however fastrack charged the crates extra to enter their cars in the race to pay for the race.So your saying when late models have a special race it should still be 30 to get in
if your going to increase admission for everyone then there should be increased payout for everyone.

It's never going to happen that way ... If anything regular admission will become 35 and the big 6 car cadet specials will be 40 lol plus an entry fee for cadets !!!no. what i'm saying is why should someone elses pit admission go up to pay for another division? it would make more sense to me if you charged the street stocks a fee to enter their car in the race ONLY IF you can't pay for the race by charging everyone regular pit admission. i remember going to dog hollow a few years ago for a fastrack touring race. pit admission was not increased, however fastrack charged the crates extra to enter their cars in the race to pay for the race.

Don't forget if the 35 pit pass is too much you canno. what i'm saying is why should someone elses pit admission go up to pay for another division? it would make more sense to me if you charged the street stocks a fee to enter their car in the race ONLY IF you can't pay for the race by charging everyone regular pit admission. i remember going to dog hollow a few years ago for a fastrack touring race. pit admission was not increased, however fastrack charged the crates extra to enter their cars in the race to pay for the race.

Always buy a " reserved seat " in the new stadium seating section of the grandstands for 20 then pay an extra 10 for the " valet VIP parking " and still be in to see the big 6 car cadet race for only 30 dollars !!! It's all about value !! Yes I understand a 3 day pit pass was only 45 for the world 100 but it wasnt 20 minutes away from superb high class adult entertainment like club erotica and silkys ... VALUE !!!!! Have enough ever herd of the eldora steelers , the eldora penguins or
The eldora pirates ??? Of course not !!!! Ppms is in Pittsburgh so you must PAY for the convienance of having those
3 teams soooo close !!! Because as anyone with half of a brain knows race tracks don't compete against other race tracks they only compete against professional sports teams with multi hundred million dollar stadiums ...
