Not sure what those last few posts have to do with Mr. Taylor's AARN interview?

the bad thing here is this is just one more black mark on clearfield count racing and of course he never said any of this stuff anyhow , he was misquoted by a person who has no reason to misquote him or who even knows him .if someone wants a good track with a little more work to be done this would be a good place, but you can't come in here and treat people like he did this year, the first year he was here he was going around thanking people and greeting people on the hillside this year he did everything he could to avoid the drivers as well as the fans. but  now on the other hand we went to dog hollow saturday night and there is a promoter you can actually talk to he was really nice to me and my kids and the track was really nice all night long and when the drivers thanked him for such a nice track he said time and time again " i have one of the best crews out there prepping this track and if it were not for them i would not even have this place "and he thanked all his  workers a few times, they are going to have a show in a few weeks to close out the season and it should be a good one for sure .if you have not been there for a few years get out your winter gear and go watch .there is no racing this week but the big show is the weekend of the 25 for practice ,26,27th for racing .probably have to watch through the snow flakes !!!

just a follow up from the last post his crew came in and took down all the lights he bought  and when i asked where the old lights were at i found out they were sold for scrap, so now if someone wants the place they need to put lights up. i would expect that the bleachers are also his and would not be real surprised if they go next .

Let it go...nobody is opening that track back up.  No tracks up there ever work...ever.  It's the same BS back gate nonsense over and over and over again.  Along with the Racestud drama, cause we all know this forum is the end all be all of racing in Clearfield county and all opinions expressed on here are gospel.

If Mr. Taylor had any intentions of selling AMP as a viable race track he would have left the lights and everything else in place including the equpment so that he could sell them as a package deal...I truly don't think he owned the place as in his name was on the deed recorded at the court house...so if that is the case that's why he would take everything that he purchased.

FWIW The courthouse still has Joey C. listed as the property owner.

It was leased and the lease was due to renew the end of this month. If he didn't take his improvements with him he lost them.

If it was leased he flat out lied ...said he spent 300 plus k but it could be recouped by selling the property .... But if he takes the bleachers what will sunhoney kneel under to service the clients ???

So there is your answer, Kip77 says that Joey C. is still listed as the property owner, so Mr. Taylor was lax in getting the deed recorded ((highly doubtful)) or he leased the property...I opt with he leased the property, and Joey C. can now lease it again...explains why Jeff is taking everything off the property...therefore I am in agreement with DeathPunch...unfortunately due to bad management the AMP ship has sailed once again...

I guess this gives all of you finger jockeys an opportunity to lease the track.  Sounds like you all have it figured out!
