Not surprised at all! Distric Attorney is a Political Office! How else can the Prosecution come out with "Clean Hands " and still remain in good standings with all his voters otherwise! Just Like Pontius Pilot did with Christ! I wash my hands of this mans fait! I go through this all the time with local Magistrates!
