i don't think any of this will stop the ward family from filing a civil suit. what do you think?
I think this kids family should hang thier heads in shame! This is a total DISGRACE! I would never be seen in the public spotlight again if I were this young mans father!

Hopfully the family will walk away from this and realize there son made a mistake. High or not. They need to man up and accept it is not a perfect world. Seems as though a civil suit would be to me more out of vengeance than out of a need for cash. That will only prolong there healing process if they continue on a path of vengeance.
