Hopefully it will be the I-80/Florence passing points format. If it is the Pittsburgher could be the best race in PA in 2015.

Wasn't the saving grace of the World 100 this year is that they gave the winner some kind of odd mid-race penalty and he had to race from the rear? If not, he would have dominated the entire race.

Passing points are dumbest format I've seen so far. Group time trials, 4 car invert for the heats then straight up for the feature.
I tend to agree, though I wouldn't necessarily make it four car invert, because that leads to invert games in qualifying. I'd have a wheel for them to spin, with 2,4,6,8. Fast timer spins wheel to determine invert for heats.

Either that or the fast qualifier from each heat starts one position out of the transfer position

8 is going too far
That might be true. Make 2-4-6, then.

I will ask the question. Since this is Labor Day weekend, where will the WoO schedule against it? Will they have a show at Lernerville that Friday like they did last year? Will be interesting considering that the WoO are typically in the same area on that weekend.

Maybe Lucas will schedule at Roaring Knob on Sunday since it is the holiday weekend and make it a 3-race weekend and maybe even pull a couple cars from WoO on Sunday....
Just a thought...

Labor Day is September 7th next year. It won't be an issue.

You do know that the Lucas and WoO have been scheduling races fairly close to each other on Labor Day weekend for the last five or so years, with all the races having decent fields for both sanctions, right?
Besides, it's moot. The Pittsburgher isn't on Labor Day weekend next year.

You need a new calendar.

Show me where I said that. I don't see how thats even remotely relevant to the N/S or I-80.
