Charlotte is a 5 star facility, Track is usually in excellent shape. You get to see all three top tier classes all three nights. Bought my tix in march for $79 for all three nights, reserved seats, including pit passes for the world finals. I can't believe they will pull this off. Oh and $90 for camping all three days with hookups. I wish them good luck

$ 50.00 for camping ... Count me out for sure. I know me not being there will not be a factor in the closing
of the dump, but if it does so be it and I could care less. Just too many other places for my hard earned
dollar these days...

PPMS is the only place that charges you for camping period. Other tracks I can see if they have reserved for a price and I have no problem with that.

Camping is $50 for the event purchased in advance, $75 at the event. Spots are first come, first serve around the perimeter of the grandstand parking lot

Let's see. Having the crate and sportsman guy's show up for 2 nights instead of one. EQUALS. $$$ Camping fee's EQUALS. $$$ So tell me, Just how many people are surprised ? Here is a question I have. How many people from out of town are coming in for this Spectacle ? I can't wait to hear about the bleachers, the lighting and various other issues. It's about the racing, these lucas guys can get it on, I hope It's a good race is all. Knowing what is there will keep me away. The Outlaw guys will be back at lernerville for the firecracker. They'll get my money.
I agree about forcing the crate and sportsmen to buy a 2 day pit pass, friday you come run a heat which takes tops 5 mins then are done until the next day. This is a trick that Lentz used to use to force people to have to come both days. It would be different if the purses were raised for the crates and sportsmen it would be different but its regular purse. So a sportsmen driver would have to pay 75 for a 2 day pit pass to win 400 or 300 whatever it is. I don't think there will be a ton of cars. The WoO is off but the only driver I would expect to see is Richards. They have about 12 regulars and Lucas has maybe 10 cars who follow the whole tour. I say about 32-35 for the Pittsburgher.

Racer17l are you serious? The Pittsburgher is 9 days away and "They are still working" on events purses for other classes? And you wonder why no cars show up when a purse isnt even announced until days before a major race.
And Racer17l why was it when "The brains behind RapeFest "Jack Lentz forced the drivers to buy 2 day pit passes you bitched up a storm and ran the guy into the ground? But when your buddy does it you see no issue with it for them to buy a $75 pit pass to run a few laps on a Friday night and put it back on the trailer and held hostage at PPMS for 2 days, when they could be going to other tracks to win good money?

Taxes are a % of monies taken in, not a flat fee.
Clean up after a large event is required, regardless if patrons camp or not.
Security for the weekend is a requirement, regardless if campers are there or not.
If Findlay ordinances requires a fee be charged, show me.

This is a nothing more than a greedy cash grab, atop of the inflated ticket prices.
Enjoy eating the bullsheet your being fed by the fat cat!
