[LM RACING]

Chuck...I got an email from Matt that said that was "his mistake". And that he apologized for not making it clear that there was an entry fee. Even though nothing said anything about an entry fee...ANYWHERE. I figured the additional money for the purse came from the "Approved Toilet Rental" sponsorship for the race. Obviously nobody is in this racing weekly to MAKE any money...but this was a complete hose job. The race was advertised as $200 for 20th place. Why not call it what it is...a $100 for 20th.

lol do you know of anyone who payed this entry fee before the race? That is the only way that his reply to you makes any sense. I have never raced a show with an entry fee where I was allowed to get on the track before paying the entry fee.

So it was "his mistake" for failing to mention the entry fee yet he sent out all of those checks without adding a simple note to explain that to all of those who received a check.  heck or even calling each team to let them know prior to receiving the check.  Makes perfect sense to me.

It is clear from most of your posts that you are a Miley defender. If you knew as much as you act like you do, you would know that when any event there has an entry fee, you have the option to have said entry fee deducted from your winnings that night. The oh I forgot excuse seems like total hogwash. As much as he was posting stuff all over last week about the race, you mean to tell me he forgot about a 100 dollar entry fee? it is a shame too because the weekend was such a success with the great race then this information comes out. No matter how good they do, something always happens that makes you shake your head. In the real business world, if the business makes the mistake then they will eat it themselves not put it on the customer.  It's a shame all the crate cars as a whole couldn't all keep em parked in the garage so not 1 shows up at the track until Miley makes it right what he did but we all know that racers love to cry but will be the first ones through the gate handing over their money the next week.

Does anyone no if the sportsman guy's got raped also ? What was there entry fee ? If they got shorted 100.00 bucks per car, they really got it were it hurts.

The miley family has been in various business ventures for a long time. I am amazed at hearing about this. You would think that there's legal action someone could pursue. I don't understand why anyone would take a chance like that. ANYONE in business understands that sometimes you just have to take the losses and write it off at years end.

Where do I Bitch every week!?! I go out of my way to promote this sport...and that race track. 2 times I "bitched" in the last 8 years...and that was when the track was so dusty that you couldn't even race. And that comment was on a friends Facebook page...not on here. And the 2nd time was just now when all of us got ripped off for $100. So unless you care to divulge your identity...as I have...your opinion means nothing to me. And do I stand there with my "hand out" after the races? You're damn right. The 93x has been there every week since 1985, with at least 5 crew members. Putting on a show for the fans in the stands. So do I expect to be paid!?! You're damn right.

For the record Dirt...I race there because I enjoy racing there, my sponsors are in this area, one of my primary sponsors sponsors the track. It's also 3 miles from my house. Do I want the place to close? Absolutely not. But what I do want is for the racers to be treated fairly, like paying customers. And the only reason I posted here was to have Chucks back, because he's my friend. I addressed my issue privately with Matt, and I rarely complain publicly because it's just detrimental to the sport.

Horn and dirtguy. I dont know either one of you but im sure i do know as much as you think i dont know. And I do defend a lot of the stuff the track does. as a buisness owner i can understand some of their decisions. That being said you idiots need to read my post again. I can not defend this issue. I simply said in a question form that if anyone paid the entry before the race then someone knew. But you are clearly not smart enough to understand that. I never call people names or insult their intelligence on here like a little kid but you two are now the exception. Im sure you will never introduce yourselves to me and say that shit so have fun being useless in life.
