300lbs weight penalty for running a penn ohio legal car at those races.  2900 for a crate car 3200 for open stocks   Bloomer got DQ for les than 20lbs if you don't think 300 is B.S.

I READ:
2900 lbs. for a 604
3000 lbs for a built 350-363 cu.in.
3100 lbs for a 400 - 408 cu. in. and
3200 lbs for Stroker Roller Cam and Over 408 Cu.in.

Same rules that LV used when they ran opens and Crates together.

What # if you have a 434 steel block roller cam engine? :) 3200?

How is displacement determined?

I don't know where you live or who you are Greencar55, but if you don't have the money to tow to PPMS from Lernerville area, you should seriously consider a cheaper hobby. .....And not make complaining on message boards your new hobby.

3200# is pretty much run what ya brung. Always been that way at their open shows. Didn't matter if you had a 283 or a 434, if it was a roller cam.... 3200#
If you have a 434 with a 2barrel, factory manifolds, and 8" tires......3200#

And it will be plenty dry (always was, even before the crates) so the crate/regulars will be up front without a doubt.
