The new site is 1 Mile from west Allegheny high school I talked to the managing partner myself!. Burgettstown is a hell of a lot further away than 1 mile.

That is NOT good. PPMS is 1 mile from the track if you look at the maps.

They tried to sell the property to Ryan homes last year. All of the soil test and drilling were done and it all failed. For anyone that is a local you could NOT miss all the big machinery and activity that was taking place. Stop at the bar up top of the hill and ask them. I know Mileys want out in the worst way but keep denying it to act like they are all for the fans,, like they say $$$$$ talks and BS walks...

you say they want out. which after how many years ? can you blame them. it would be easy for them to just lock the gates and say enough. but lets give them some credit because it seems that until they find a buyer that signs on the dotted line they are going to continue to race. as for ryan homes buying the property. they don't buy any property. they have developers purchase the land and they but the lots. yes they do work hand in hand. its hard to see what has taken place at the facility but you cannot place all the blame on the miley's. ppms is not a track that is easy on equipment and that Armco barrier usually wins in a full contact contest. SLM is hurting at a lot of places. there just to dam expensive. a chassis today that is a couple years old is considered obsolete. yet rocket/longhorn you have to wait to get one and at what price ? not cheap. when the day does come one of the baddest 1/2 miles in western pa will be lost and only memories will exist. it will join a list of tracks that is to long in my opinion. the line of investors looking to buy the place surely are not wanting it for racing. the place is mostly if not all bedrock and the stars better a line  for the amount of topsoil that would be needed.

This second site is for hotels if the main one takes off.  The site near the high school is not for the main development.
