Very interesting indeed. Caught cheating should end your year, period, no second chance, you should be banned from racing in all tracks within 500  miles. Only way to stop it is to shame owners and sponsors.JMO

It was good to see Charlier and Pegher get teched to stop all the whining about illegal shocks and other accusations. They were the class of the field and did so legally. Congrats.

They confiscated it so I'm guessing it will be sent out and checked. Plus took tire and fuel samples!

5. GPS and/or any other type of electronic tracking and/or locating device will not be permitted for any reason.

Straight out of the RUSH rule book under traction control devices. Whether it is traction control or just a GPS it is illegal.

Traction control .... on a crate car.... @ PPMS? SMH

Exactly ...Why would you ever need traction control on a crate period.  And all the ones I ever used controlled engine timing to stop wheel spin.  If they controlled wheel spin with the rear brakes... you wouldn't have brakes long.  And were about the size of a small cigarette loghter

And truthfully...... at PMS or other tracks that size,  they are more of a hinderance than a help.  A dryslick Challenger in the day Yes  A dryslick Marioncenter  Yes!  Never would be any good at all on a momentum car.  Truthfully never thought they were very helpfull at all.  I would never waste the money.  Buy new tires

Funny thing about guys that interpret the rules differently. They go down as being the best. The 60 car has always been a top contender. Someone said they took top 5 or 6 cars then RANDOMLY picked the 60 car. Yea rush racing sure is a way to save money. If the 60 team is wrong then so be it, take points, or park them for a period of time.

Man do you even have a clue?  The whole deal with sanctioning is to do tech like this. If you or anyone else doesn't like it run another damn class. And all this BS about it not being cheating until your caught is just that BS. I could go on but it's pointless on this board!

Rear brakes slow the car down if the rpms increase but the speed does not, hence the gps. or maybe the driver should learn to control that with his right foot

Somebody had to have spotted Vicky on the premises Saturday night. The 60m car was sandbagging at the whole night in the rear of the filled. That is a top five car every night even if the setup is off. They knew they were going to get busted if they finished towards the top and still got busted. I am very curious to see what kind of information was on that laptop They confiscated also. It should have information on how long they have been using that device one would think.

I'm sure Queen V was told about the facebook post from a member of her V hive. She said "this aggression will not stand man". She then creeped around at PPMS for 3/4's of the night in a disguise and Jumped the 60M at Random after the crate race

Yes, lets put the blame on Vicki for the 60 running an illegal device. You are a genius.

And you don't do sarcasm well genius. Where exactly did I blame vicki for being thorough with her series and responding to the crap the 60 put on facebook? I poked fun at it and her hord but someone has to take everything so seriously which you clearly do because you're always so damn pleasant on here. If i was her I would've done the same thing. You can remove yourself from my ass.

No suspension for the 60 car after running an illegal device. Great job sending a message Rush. Something must be in the works. Im waiting for the announcement New title sponsor for the Rush late models in 2018, the Stans Transmission Rush Late Models. I guess all the Rush guys can just cheat and when you get caught once every 2 years youll lose points and money from one race. Seems like there are more pros than cons to cheating in this series if you get away with it 95% of the time. FASTRAK, I hope your ready to welcome some Rush racers that want to race for a series that isnt corrupt.

All the "samples" taken have not yet  had their results disclosed.

So you only think a suspension should be handed down if there is further evidence of cheating? At what point is there a line drawn?

Put your hair fire out already dude!

What ever your rules state the penalties are.

If you haven't noticed, all of my remarks on this matter have been frank, sarcastic and/or absurd in other threads.

I don't believe established late model drivers should be cherry pickin' in weekly crate late races....and cheatin'!

How much more humiliating can it get!

I always liked John and thought of him as a great driver. I had a great deal of respect and integrity for him. But with him allowing this to be done and the driver has to take responsibility I have lost respect for him.

Hopefully he wisens up and just sticks with his own program. He does not need to be associated with a cheater for the skills the guy possesses
