This question is for all Penn- Ohio owners and drivers, would you like to see the series rules say you have to race a steel body 80"s or 90"s. Or do you like the way it is now and has been.          Good Luck finding a 80"s style body to-day. JUST MY OP.

there are alot of options for a 108 wheelbase steel body,it would be do able and IMO they were the best looking stocks...but everyone have been running these wedge looking things for over 10 years now and not many would be willing to go back, its more work.

Thanks for your input racer67x. I call someone I know who raced a Monte Carlo body and an S&S chassis, his response the S&S was much better handling and easer to work with. Either way to each his own.

Look back just 3 years ago to Jeff bronishevsky car and it looks just like a Camero on the street from the stands with a rear spoiler !
Let Johnny Johnson and Lukon and Geisler and whoeve else bring their 75k cars in once a month and get local racing back to every gas station or body shop with some simple rules like Penn Ohio already has with just one change
A mustang or Cadillac or camero or camery or charger
Is thats easy or what !?
Someone post a picture of bronosheski car from 2015
Screw the steel !
Its too hard to bend anyways !
Put a cameo nose on Scott Boomquist car and Its gonna look like a Camero !!!!

Ss chassis is a metric car ( the one your talking about D !) like all the rest BUT
You have a guy who drives the 55 who worked his ass off and probably doesnt even sleep making little upgrades to work with his driving style and uses real r and d to get better and better
Hes killing everybody in a 10 year old car !!!!( not sure how old but it aint new ! )
Innovation!!!
Hard work !!!
Risk !
Racing is the ultimate display of Capitalism DavyLee
Monopoly motors is Obamacare of racing !
Make a couple templates for spoilers and deck width
And mandate a factory nose and The rest of penn Ohio rules and you have Latemodel Racing
Hobby stocks and 4 cylinder and modified and or Sprints and tell Rockets come once a month or go race Daytona road course ! You wore out your welcome ! Were going back to local racing !

D knows what Im talking about
And the
point that capitalism rewards the people who work the hardest
its ok that the guy who works the hardest wins the most races
Lee Petty
Chris Schneider is the guy Im talking about
He drives the 55
He dreams about building Racecars
Then he wakes up and starts building Racecars
Then he reads a Racecar magazine when hes taking a dump and then he wins the most races
And the biggest point is that
Take his old car ( D owned one too ) and put a Camaro nose and some headlight stickers and some taillight stickers and a big Camaro sticker on the side and you will say
thats a camero
Dont have to go to Junkyars and look for Camaro parts
And the Prototypes like Rocket Brand have obviously gotten way too expensive to run weekly unless you force them all to run a motor sold by one seller ie
single payer motors
It my way to parallel racing to fascism ! Hope that helps blue

Didn't he total your car too, driving it into a wreck that happened a quarter of a lap ahead of him?

way too many words to simply say
Get racing back to its roots like Penn Ohio and for sure have the Prototypes , mods and Sprints as a premier division or rotate them
But latemodell car need to be a premier division too or what is the use trying to outrun Johnny Johnson or Geislers or Lukons unless you have a pile of money
Some people just come to see the premier division but the rest come to see the rest

That was my car at TriCity your referring to
And I may have wrecked but I finished the text and it made it through !
I think your the guy who pooped his pants on the outside lane at Pittsburgh and wrecked in front of the whole field ?

Sprints from clear field area and East of Pittsburgh could race there Saturday nights ? The only other option they have is Sharon or Going to Central Pa I believe
They must have made their decision based on who showed up at their meeting ?

Daveylee I highly doubt any Sprint car team would come to this side of the state as those tracks out in Central and Eastern PA pay very very well in the purse.

if Davy Lee is guilty of driving into a wreck half lap ahead at Tri City that day..then so is the rest of the 20 some car field.

as Walt put it "Biggest Wreck in Tri City History!"...lol...due to conditions, one being no one wanted to lift..they all ended up in a big pile!..lol

RIP Roxanne..:)

How would you like to see : Allen Dellinger . Chris Schneider , Larry Kugal , Rusty Martz, Bishes, Apolitos, SHook, WHittling, Etc etc 4 wide coming out of 4 after 90 cars ran Heats for the 30 car Feature?

The " Arnold Palmer Pittsburgher"

the week around the Pittsburgher ( Pittsburgh has Laboon) ( Sharon has the other 10K)

Penn Ohio Latemodels racing for 800 per week with Prototypes or Mods as the alternating headline for 1000.

Hobby Stocks and 4 cylinder whatever they pay or a Bag of Potato Chips .... whichever is greater

 Ok am I hired?

The Mac 5 Looks like a Passenger Car with a couple minor rule changes!

but its got 2019 ss chasis/ Slider/ Canadian/ Red neck hillbilly etc technology

Yeah, not sure going against RUSH is a good idea, sort of like fighting the empire at this point. Everyone went in another direction seems to have went RUSH eventually, Raceway 7, Dog Hollow, Stateline.

I will share what the benefits of FASTRAK are.

$50,000 TO WIN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP and $2050 to start

$10,000 to win WORLD CHALLENGE for weekly members only with X amount of races (separate event)

National Weekly Championship between all the weekly members from sanctioned tracks

$1000 given to each track towards "divisional point funds"

Absolute best performing and wearing crate spec tire in the market

Stan Lester our Founder started crate late model racing in the US April 2004

AFCO crate spec shock retails for $186 (real racing shock and your current hardware works on it)

First class awards banquet

FASTRAK also owns the ULTIMATE Super Late Model Brand

Management living in PA now

FASTRAK concentrates on dirt racing, nothing else

FASTRAK invested over $300,000 in crate racing in that area in point funds paid and sponsorships.

Keep in mind Latrobe is not the only track from that area calling either. My guess is people think there needs to be a little competition there.

Sign me up when i can buy a Dodge or Toyota Crate Motor .. Wont buy a Government Motor and they just decided to kill the People in the Lordstown Ohio Plant and ship their jobs to China and THAT AINT FAKE NEWS! . So i hope those people working at that plant made enough Money ( the extra 5 years for that 6 billion of our grandkids money spent)  for their VOTE to have Granny eating cat cookies out in the snow after Oboza robbed her  in 2009

You were the first Stan ! you have done a tremendous job with that series!!

Hey Latrobe:

The Pittsburgher had about 33? Prototypes show up for 20K to win

Sharon's Steel Valley 50 had 90 PLUS Latemodels show up for 10K ...( just the entry fees paid the feature winner ( my guess))

Will Fastrak have a 10k or more race at your track ?

what are you going to do ?

 Good Luck  Latrobe Speedway !

Heard at the PRI show they're trying to retake this territory back that the one lady took over that used to work for them at the very beginning.

I wish them a lot of success.
