Thanks for the kind words Flash, I appreciate it! Crazy its been 13 races now. Time flies.
Also want to thank all of the sponsors and driver support, without them there is no race!

I didnt stick around for all the drama, but Im guessing that isnt the only rubbered down race track in the history of sprint car racing. To then try to leave the junk tires all over the pits is really pathetic IMO.

Just wanted to add to your astute post as always Flash- the improvements at the facility continued tonight. The walls were painted a fresh white, some LED bulbs were put in around the track making a noticeable difference, and there was a crew cutting down brush/trees as you entered the speedway tonight so they could widen the general admission road. Please support this track, especially the Pittsburgher, so we can keep the track progressing and becoming great again! Thanks.

Any late models show up? I heard they tried to put on a show?
After LV cancelled they tried to offer a testing session for super late models for guys already in route. I think there wasnt enough time and not everyone is glued to social media. The dash would have been $50 per car, so in a perfect world they would have gotten 10 cars so $500 to win a 10 lap dash. Just didnt work out. They tried!

Ha Ha ha Racer17L. I give credit where credit is due. I don't hand out participation trophy's just because someone owns a business
I bought the cushion this yr so I can watch the big blocks at another track. Glad to see Pa Motor Speedway is on there also.
Vince, why does the place never start on time any more though? They use to be good on that end, but ever since last yr its rare.
Theyve decided on a formula to wait for the sun to set/ go down behind the trees in turn 1 on hot days to then water the track and let it absorb better. They then go straight through the program with no intermission, versus stopping the show around 9 to rewater and run back in. So yeah, the near hour delay at the beginning can test your patience at times, versus waiting for them to do it mid program. Definitely pros and cons. But it does result in a really good racing surface the rest of the night.
