The World of Outlaws Late Model Series was back at West Virginia Motor Speedway last evening for Night #2 of the RACEFEST Summer Championship, featuring a 60-lap A-Main paying $30K to win.  There were Thirty-nine (39) Super Late Models in the pits, and the Simpson Quick Time Award went to Hudson O'Neal (71) @14.215 seconds.  Results as follows:
