#407724 PPMS All Star Race Thoughts

Where were the good battles in the super lates?  Didn't seem like there was 2 cars within 10 car lengths of each other...and the winner was gone by about a half lap.

Aside from Greg Wilson absolutely killing everyone, there was some really good racing back through the rest of the field.

The only thing I would really change about the show aside from pre race issues, are the intermissions...you can't start a show late and drag it out all night and expect to get the fans back that traveled to this show for the next race.

What's the complaint around intermissions and dragging the show out all night?  I left just before the crate feature started and was on the road by 10:30.  I thought that was plenty reasonable.

5k to win 23 cars/? 2k to win 31 cars ?  were r the sprints lol

Scheduling is tough for this race.  There were several noticeable drivers who weren't there last night that typically would've been (Lynch, Holtgraver, Shaffer, Kemenah, Wilson, etc.) if it weren't for this new, upstart race out in the midwest called the Knoxville Nationals.  Several of these guys are running the 360 nationals and I'd bet all of them will be at the Capitani Classic on Sunday night.

Great job by Sharon last night.  The track was excellent all night, the program was run efficiently, and I was in my car heading home shortly after 10.
