He ran a 13.4. Still fast for feature time
You are correct.
I really enjoyed that race and the speeds.

I agree with Abe that it is on BShep. BShep caught the inside berm flexing the nose of the car and kicking up dirt which caused him to slow down and Max got into him. Racing deal. Great way to open Firecracker Weekend.

Most interesting conversation on RaceStud in 2 years and it's two guys arguing about grammar.

No one should die or get hurt, watching or racing,
I'm all in for anything that makes the sport safer.
I can't stand when I hear someone says.... " at least he died doing what he loved" ...when a driver dies in competition.
NO ONE does this with the intent to die doing it!
I never want to see anyone get hurt let alone die.
I also am all for the safety rules and have personally put up my own money to make sure our driver has certain expensive safety items.
However, when a driver straps in they assume the risk which is injury and potentially god forbid it death. No matter how hard that is to swallow that is the truth.

Yet he is out on the track trying and you are still just typing on a keyboard.
Love him or hate him he can spend his money and race where ever he wants.
