I think you need to re-read the payout .......lol. the purse is LOWER EVERYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT THE TOP PRIZE.I have to admit the price is high, but knowing my money will go into the pockets of local drivers makes it much easier for me to pay. People will always cry and complain, but if tracks like PMS ever go away, you morons would have nothing to cry and complain about. Paying out the best local Super Lates, the best local Sprints, the best local Mods and the best local Fastrack Lates is a pretty hefty payout, even given some of the purse is raised elsewhere. I would much rather watch guys like Hodgkiss be up in the top five than any of the WOO guys. I'll pay it, enjoy my time and go home happy. The ones that don't go will complain about it and probably spend your welfare and unemployment checks at the bar.
Finally

I do agree there is no need for practice on Thurs.. With the limited help the track has for prep, I think it is a good idea. The point I was making was is people expected there to be a practice......... and most wanted there to be one. people planned to be there Thurs, Friday & Saturday. Not.....last minute hear about entry fees and higher prices for less seat time... last year was a COMPLETE LATEMODEL SHOW BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. Andrew, do you actually blow a track owner or just swing on his nuts on here?
Just put your foot down, and grow a pair for the first couple of laps. You will learn pretty quick how to get around PPMS!
I have to agree with another previous post, no matter what the fees are you will still have people show up. I believe there will be 30-40 late model teams, and no matter if there is no WOO or Lucas guys there, the Red Miley race showed the locals can put on a show worth the price of admission.
Now the pit fee is another story... LOL!

Still waiting on the Crate payout please. If there's a $75 entry fee and it's still $100 to start, I'm headed to Sharon for the Touring race.
Not much pisses me off,but this does. I told you what happened when you emailed, post it!
Work on your car instead of bitching, and you will be further ahead. Someone finally got to me. Congrats Justin!
You know my number, you know my email, you chose to try to make an ass of me and the Miley Family!
You win, go to Sharon, pay your entry fee, pay for gas to get there, we wish you the best!
Looks like its just about time for the only racetrack owner left that posts on Racestud to quit posting anything but PR on Racestud.
When local race teams don't trust people that have been in racing in the area for 42 years and kept the Speedway open for 24 years it's the beginning of the end. Very, very, very sad.
Did anyone notice Heidelburg just got recognized as a historical venue. The most successful Raceway in the history of Western PA became a Shopping center, why would that happen?

Oh well, it won't be the first time I've pissed you off, I am sure, but didn't they ALREADY PAY a $75 entry fee?, and are the stubs from Saturday not being upgraded for the Tri-Star Pittsburgher? I'm confused, sorry...Not much pisses me off,but this does. I told you what happened when you emailed, post it!

20 minutes later I'm over it. One thing has been very consistent over the 24 years we have operated PPMS. a guaranteed purse that always gets paid, and rain checks that have always been honored. We have never cheated anyone out of penny, and never will. We charge prices to keep PPMS a Speedway, prices commensurate with the show we are offering in our market. If others can do it for less, that's wonderful, we charge what we need to to be there the next year.
The reality is with the price of gas, you need to race for considerably more money to ride past your local speedway and make it worthwhile, it's simple math, not brain surgery, or more racer friendly, not Rocket science!

Jesus Christ Matt, I'm not the one making you look like an ass...you just did that on your own! I just asked what the payout was because I heard everyone was getting their $75 back on Saturday, and it was my understanding that this was a completely seperate race. Nothing was explained on Saturday. You just walked up and said, "CANCELLED". I wasn't trying to make anyone look like an ass, i just wanted clerification. And anytime you want to come down and see how we run our racing program, you're more than welcome, because I think you'll find it to be 2nd to none! As you're aware we've won quite a few races and several championships there...I think we know how to run a race team!

The only reason a track would not post their full purse and try to keep in in emails between the track and the drivers is if they have something to hide about it. Why should the purse not be posted for all to see? Probably because they know the reaction everyone will have to it.
$40 minimum for the stands to see what will amount to a glorified Lernerville regular show. They have lost their minds. Here is a track that is racing the same weekend, better ticket prices, and nothing to hide with the full purse listed. We are taking a weekend off of racing our car and going there & the beach for a few days. http://www.vamotorsp...tember-14-15th/

You guys are really gonna piss Matt off now!!!! You saw what happened when J20000 asked for the payout...didn't you??? You could easily be banned for asking a foolish question like that!!!I definitely would like to know what is going on with my money I have 3 pit passes and a 75 dollar entry fee what will the payout be. Or do I just have to show up and hope for the best seems to be the way this operation runs can never get I solid answer turn a 1 day show into a 2 day show for the same page out and I even have to pay more to get in... Doesn't sound right to me would like to see 2 complete shows 1 Friday and 1 Saturday
