no care ever....wasn't there just people on here when someone mentioned the rumors that they were closing that were swearing up and down they would never close...yeah way to just say hey were closing best of luck...they should have let it be known then to give the racers some time to find other options instead of just playing it off...

It's literally 5 minutes off of 422, thats pretty close to a major highway in my book.

I met a guy who has a Cole mine Supply Sponsor and i asked him if they were still in busness after the last 5 years assualt .. and he said they were a big company .. well the little guys around that region arent that lucky !

The price of fuel and everything else is taking its toll.

Since the pic shows micros on the track, im guessing everyone is getting something to eat or at the bathroom.

There is no truth to a rumor that the track is closing the doors early this season. The track is still planning to race on a weekly basis through September.

This flat out blows. This was my first yr racing there and really liked it. Surface was always decent. Not really sure about the politics that went on there in rhe past but it definitely had potential to be a great track

No other options for us on Friday within reason to go to. Hopefully MC does the right thing and ups the pay with all the additional cars coming now

So a track closes due to losing money and as a result you want another track to increase pay so they too can lose money .... Sounds legit ...

305's and Super lates can go to Clinton Co. on Friday nights. They alternate the 2 classes right now, but maybe with the closing of Dog Hollow Vern will run them together.

They already run open and steelblocks together. Its a shame DH closed but I guess the drivers will have to pick a Saturday track to run at now.

Trust me if u saw their payouts in some of the lower divisions you would understand why. Don't think they are losing money as I would say they have better car counts than any track in western pa. They are outdrawing all of the higher paying tracks in the area. Would imagine they will benefit more from this than anyone.

Not everyone runs a super. Supers can just as easily go to Bedford. Its a better track anyways
