Paul55 how many recent victories does your team have?

0 well just a heat race win. Lol all I was saying is Lanigan set the car up. This had nothing to to do with the dream lol.

To Paul's point.  It is my understanding that when you buy a Club 29 car you ship Lanigan everything including your motor and he sets the car up at his shop.  I was told by a driver that bought a Club 29 that he then asks you not to make changes for a couple of races and then to consult him first.

Sounds crazy about not making the adjustments but maybe it's time to get the feel of the car...

Who knows just know what I was told...

I heard from a guy who heard from a guy that club 29/ black diamond cars are soo good that they guarantee you win a crown jewel in your first 2 starts or they buy it back for twice what you paid in cash !!! At the 2014 world I'm pretty sure Bloomquist lapped Darrel himself TWICE !! And you guys want to go all in bet the house on a guy who has not won a crate race yet winning a crown jewel in a car because Darrel bolted the motor in ???? It's about that car on that track on those tires on THAT night . Last year at the world I had to drive past 2 Scott Bloomquist cars to make the b main. The same Scott Bloomquist who has won 10 eldora Crown Jewels and you want to tell me with a straight face that Darrel bolted the motor in a car and that alone makes it a crown jewel winner ??? Clowns !!! The people on this site are clowns and you won't see anyone who goes to Crown Jewels and actually races disagree with me only people who jack off around camp fires at ppms

I hate to say this and I'm I'll be crucified for it but when it sure seems that when it come to "crown jewel" races; the WoO regulars really tend to struggle. The highest two were Lanigan (6th?) and Clanton (4th) with no one else to seen?

The top 10 Lucas guys on average are better than the top 10 woo guys. Obviously Richards , Clanton , Lanigan would be top 10 Lucas if they ran it but I'm saying top 10 overall

Agreed. With that being said, would it never allow a driver to go on a run like Lanigan did last season on the Outlaw tour? I feel that was accomplished because of the drivers not being "as good"....

And the the Top Ten Allstars are on average better then the top ten WoO Sprints.

... wait, there ain't 10 regular WoO's.  lol

Maybe Dirt vested themselves of Lernerville, pending being bought by Kane?

In what world are there not 10 outlaw sprints? There's 13 and there were 14 until Roth pulled out

Was just backing up Paul's point that Lanigan set the car up.  In comparison to his crate setup.

To take a driver even of Shaffer's caliber all be it in a different division and put him in the car for his 2nd time (to my knowledge) in a Super Late and expect him to beat the drivers at the Dream is unrealistic.

Even to make the Dream is far fetched.  Just look at the drivers who did not make it last night...

How much $$$ does a Club 29 cost ? Or let me clarify that, a eldora car. I'm going to say 80k, easy, if not more. Do you think they have specific cars for eldora ? I do. The Dream, World 100, any body that is a late model guy wants to make these 2 shows. I don't doubt Tim Schaffer can wheel a car. I do doubt because of his limited seat time in 1 that he is a threat whatsoever. As for lanigan's set up of a car and rumor has it. Don't do anything for at least 2 races. I don't no of anyone that can climb into a car without making Modest changes to anyone's setup.

Does anyone care to tell me more about the magic that happens when Lanigan bolts your motor in ? Or How eldora track conditions don't change ??? Or how you don't need adjustments ??? Ronnie Stuckey bolted the motor in Dennis Erbs car so maybe that's the magic ??? Or
Maybe you can tell me how driving styles don't matter and 1 size fits all .... With the sheer number of geniuses in here I figure I can learn things that will triple my gross at work , add 8 inches to my crank and win every crown jewel I go to ..... Just by reading what you smack offs type ...

It's not just "bolting" the motor in. He needs the motor to scale the car, which obviously has a lot to do with the overall setup. You guys are making mountains out of mole hills...
