Sharon had a good car count yesterday.
Not every sprint car racer is rich beyond belief and if tracks want car count pay good tow money and put 24 cars on the track each race not the 20 brought on years ago bitchen for more top payout. Track gave them more payout at the expense of 4 cars not getting feature money. Didn't take long for it to go from B mains most every race and 24 cars on the track to no B mains with 20 or less cars on the track.
Even if a track doesn't get 24 at least make it a little worth while for lesser funded cars to show up.
Let's go to Lernerville where we will probably get feature payout and the tow money is decent if we don't is what will get cars there.
Now they announce at the track only one car will get a decent payout raise and hope that's going to bring the car count up to maybe making 20.
... hope it does.
Maybe announce >>>jacked up tow money for the sprints<<< pay 24 cars and a graduated purse all the way back with decent start money for 24th every week and they might get cars???
Use to be it was worth racing for a better finish because you'd get an extra 5 or 10 bucks.
With inflation what does that incentive need to be today?
... maybe 15 or 20 bucks?
... will it put fans back in the stands? ya don't know if ya don't try.
Maybe if the norm is 24 cars start the feature with racing for money all thru the car count will.
Isn't that what and why you want to go to a WoO or that other series to watch because you know they'll be racing all around the track and when the leader gets into traffic it's no picknick because the cars they have to pass are also racing for more money in their pocket.
... payout 200 10th on back... who the hecks going to race and use up their equipment fighting for 11th place?
Might as well just put 10 cars on the track and let us watch quick get it over racing and go home.

I have a gimble dji camera to record with stability and an underwater case so dirt track dirt doesn't jam the mechanicals of it.
That's light and easy to carry.
I would figure it could be hooked up for real time broadcast but don't know for sure.
Wasn't cheap to buy but after loosing a couple of very small wide angle cannons to dust I bought it for stability and keep dirt and water out.
